As a Project Manager within Regulatory Reporting Operations, you'll play a key role in driving strategic change and streamlining complex processes. Job responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of major regulatory projects, impacting thousands of reports and collaborate with internal and external partners to understand and implement regulatory changes.
- Contribute to setting and communicating a clear vision for regulatory reporting improvements and assist in building and managing roadmaps to deliver key enhancements on time.
- Serve as a key contact for teams and stakeholders, helping ensure alignment. Build strong relationships and balance diverse needs.
- Work with our Global Change Centre of Excellence to help allocate resources and manage dependencies. Support high standards in development, testing, and delivery.
- Assist in managing and prioritizing product backlogs. Help drive sprint planning and keep projects on track.
- Track key performance indicators and report on progress. Help ensure quality and operational goals are met.
- Encourage new ideas and enhancements within the team. Participate in change management initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in Project Management.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Confident presenter and collaborator.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skill
- Familiarity with SEPA, Wires, Direct Debits, FX, clearings, ISO standards, or SWIFT.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience in Payments Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Reporting.
