Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst at Rithum will play a critical role in supporting the Global GTM Sales Organisation. This role will assist in aligning the current GTM structures and strategies as they merge into one. The Analyst will leverage data to make recommendations for short-term challenges like GTM segmentation and internal sales effectiveness. The right candidate should be comfortable handling data and assisting in the preparation of analysis for long-term projects like territory implementation and competitive intelligence. The Revenue Operations Analyst will report to the Director of Sales Strategy and work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Services, and Finance to ensure GTM recommendations are supported cross-functionally.


As a member of the Sales Strategy & GTM team within Global Revenue Operations, you’ll be using analytics, business modeling, and reporting to provide business critical insights to sales leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution. You will assist in driving a deep understanding of our fast-changing business, providing insights that contribute to business growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution Support: Provide day–to–day support to sales leaders on all aspects of execution, including pipeline updates, pipeline management, etc.
  • Data–Driven insights: Assist in building tools and dashboards that unlock new insights for leaders and managers. Support the analysis of business performance to aid daily operations.
  • Operational Support: Support the sales Leadership team, contributing to operating cadence, key ad-hoc tasks, business reviews and general reporting.
  • Strategic Decision making: Help prepare analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making. Assist in strategic projects ensuring smooth execution and impactful outcomes.
  • Go-to-market Execution Support all aspects of go-to-market strategy, including headcount planning, account segmentation, and territory implementation.


Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, sales analytics, market research or an equivalent analytics role
  • Experience manipulating large amounts of data in Excel, experience in SQL or other relational databases a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and a willingness to learn new technology systems.
  • ‘Get things done’ attitude and a curiosity about thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Self – starter with a high level of motivation to go above and beyond.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with using data visualisation tools to manipulate data and generate insights (Tableau, Salesforce, PowerBI)
  • Experience in the field of Business Operations and/or Sales Strategy in either a large consulting firm or technology company – ecommerce experience preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex findings in a structured and clear manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for Utilising insights and data storytelling to drive business decisions at all levels of the Organisation.
