Sales and Services Advisor
£26,500- £29,000 plus excellent benefits (work level 6B)
Full-time 37.5 hours a week, between 9am to 5pm - one evening shift per week until 18:30

We’re looking for motivated customer sales and services advisors to join our Co-op Legal Services team. We’ll offer full training and the chance to develop your skills in an inclusive team. And as we’re continuing to grow, there’s never been a more exciting time to join us.

What you’ll do

•    Have inbound and outbound calls with people who have recently been bereaved, providing guidance related to our probate and estate administration services
•    Handle each call with empathy, providing complimentary services and advice to support our customers at a difficult time in their life
•    Answer customer queries and support them in choosing the right service for them
•    Deliver against individual and team targets, whilst providing excellent call quality 
•    Book appointments for customers with our probate consultants where a need is identified
•    Complete related administration during and after calls with customers

What you’ll bring

•    Previous experience of helping customers make informed choices in a fast-paced environment 
•    The desire to work in a regulated commercial environment, responsible for delivering team and individual targets whilst providing excellent customer service 
•    Excellent communication and listening skills – you’re able to adapt your communication style to suit your customers, giving clear and simple explanations 
•    Good general IT skills with the ability to multi-task 
•    Emotional resilience with the ability to be professional and empathetic even in difficult/emotional situations
•    The flexibility to adapt to change to continuously improve our services
