This role is for someone hungry to learn, relentless in their work ethic, and motivated by being part of a winning team. Prior sales or product experience is not essential — attitude, ownership, and effort are.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll join a global medical device leader with a reputation for excellence, performance, and developing talent. From day one, you’ll be supported by an ambitious, collaborative team and given full training across our industry leading orthopaedic power tools, PPE, and consumables.

What you’ll be doing

  • Actively contribute to a high-performance, team-first culture
  • Rapidly learn your territory, customers, and business priorities
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders
  • Maintain a relentless customer and patient focus
  • Learn and support the capital sales process
  • Identify and develop opportunities in new and existing accounts
  • Go above and beyond for customers and teammates — consistently
  • Deliver product education to ensure safe and effective product use
  • Support and execute the UK Orthopaedic Instruments strategy

Who we’re looking for

  • Hungry, resilient, high-integrity team players who take ownership and deliver
  • Individuals with a strong work ethic who don’t need to be chased
  • People who challenge themselves, learn quickly, and improve fast
  • Collaborative contributors who listen, share ideas, and back their teammates
  • Confident communicators who build meaningful internal and external relationships
  • Ambitious self-starters aligned with Stryker’s mission and values
  • Customer-focused professionals who earn trust through consistency and effort

What you’ll need

  • Degree in science or business (preferred, not essential) or equivalent experience
  • Some exposure to sales or commercial environments (helpful, not required)
  • A coachable mindset with a strong sense of accountability
  • Clear drive to succeed and develop
  • Alignment with Stryker’s values: Integrity, Accountability, People, Performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Full UK driving license

What we offer

You can expect a competitive salary, performance bonus, company car, phone, laptop, iPad, and comprehensive health and dental benefits — alongside structured development and clear progression opportunities.
