As our new Account Director, Amazon UK&I, you'll be at the helm of our Amazon strategy, driving the sales engine across the Amazon UK&I account. This role isn’t just about hitting targets – it’s about owning the Amazon relationship, collaborating with some of the sharpest minds in the business, and making sure SharkNinja products are front and center on Amazon. You’ll report directly to Thiago, VP of Sales UKI, and work closely with our Amazon Center of Excellence to supercharge digital sales and crush our annual budget.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own It: Take charge of the day-to-day commercial relationship with Amazon, driving resolutions and ensuring our products are always delivering.
  • Be the Architect: Help develop killer sales strategies that smash sales and margin targets.
  • Collaborate Like a Pro: Work hand-in-hand with the Amazon account team, the Media team, Product and Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver flawless product launches.
  • Lead the Charge: Guide your sales team to hit big goals, craft impactful reports, and make sure every category launch is a knockout.
  • Be the Go-To Expert: From creating co-op plans to strategizing on market share, you’ll be the SharkNinja champion, always delivering winning solutions.
  • Data Lover: You’ll dive deep into analytics, turn them into action, and deliver the insights that matter.
  • Negotiate Like a Boss: You’ll always find the sweet spot between SharkNinja and Amazon, ensuring a win-win for everyone.
