We're now looking for an exceptional Enterprise Sales Director to take charge of building and executing our enterprise go-to-market strategy in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to define our enterprise selling motion, targeting companies with 1,000+ employees, and shape the future of HiBob's success in the enterprise space.
Job Requirements
What You Bring

  • Experience in B2B SaaS: A proven track record in enterprise sales within the SaaS industry, with significant experience targeting organisations of 1,000+ employees.
  • Go-To-Market Expertise: Demonstrable success in building and executing a go-to-market strategy for enterprise customers, including experience scaling teams and processes.
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC: Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC or a similar qualification framework, with a passion for data-driven, methodical sales.
  • Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire, lead, and grow a team, with a hands-on approach to building something from the ground up.
  • Customer-Focused: A deep understanding of enterprise customers' challenges and priorities, with a commitment to delivering value.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A natural team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and is eager to make an impact.
