Location: Bristol, Hybrid

Shape and lead a high-impact sales enablement programme that empowers teams to succeed and grow. Drive meaningful improvements in cross-selling capability, client conversations, and commercial performance. Collaborate with experts across the business to create engaging, practical learning experiences at scale. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

 

Own sales training strategy

  • Define end‑to‑end enablement curriculum for front office teams – Sales, Client Relationship/Account Managers

  • Prioritise cross‑sell capability, commercial judgement, and client‑centric conversations

 

Training content ownership and creation

  • Lead creation of training outlines, learning objectives, and core content

  • Ensure material reflects real client scenarios rather than product theory

 

Partner with instructional design

  • Work closely with instructional designers and e-learning developers to translate content into high‑quality e‑learning and blended formats

  • Act as the content authority and quality gate for all training outputs

 

Stakeholder collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Relationship Management and Sales leaders to ensure training reflects current propositions and priorities

  • Incorporate feedback from the field to continuously improve relevance and impact

 

Capability measurement

  • Embed assessment and reinforcement mechanisms to track adoption and learning effectiveness

A relevant educational qualification or equivalent in-role experience

Educated to degree level or higher (Preferred)
