About the role:

As a Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping small- and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks, and invests.

What you will be doing:

  • Acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to ensure sales quotas are achieved.

  • Developing a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory and accounts.

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans for each major opportunity.

  • Selling treasury, risk, and payment solutions to small to medium-sized businesses/corporates across the UK and Northern Europe.

  • Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships at all decision levels.

  • Maintaining awareness of market and industry trends.

  • Designing/implementing a sales strategy and effectively managing the sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, business development, and closing.

What you will need:

  • Prior experience in treasury and payment solutions selling into Capital Markets and/or Banking domain.

  • Expert negotiation and communication skills.

  • Experience presenting to CEO/CIO/COO, etc.

  • Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Analytical skills mindset.
