We are now looking for a Sales Ledger and Credit Control Assistant to assist in all aspects of the sales ledger process from billing to reporting and month end processes
About the role
- Ensure accurate and timely manual billing is delivered to weekly/monthly deadlines UK
- Manage the daily DSO reporting and communicate to team (UK)
- Manage the credit control inbox to agreed SLA’s
- Manage the onboarding process of new customers
- Manage and run the document distribution process daily, weekly and monthly
- Review and enhance existing standard operating procedures (SOP’s) as workflows evolve
- Ad hoc tasks
About you
- Strong experience within an AR/Sales Ledger
- Working with the Salesforce
- Experience of Oracle
- Experience within publishing or digital media industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of Customer Service
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Organised and disciplined approach to workload with good attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Excel
We operate in a hybrid environment working 3 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 2 days a week remotely.
