The Role

As a Sales Director, your primary focus will be to develop new revenue channels and opening new opportunities with US Agency customers that align to Kayzen’s strategy. Your previous experience as a senior business leader in the adtech or digital marketing industry with a strong network with Agency executives in the US will be a great starting point to create an immediate impact from Day 1. This is a sales role suited to somebody prepared to build and close a pipeline.
Our product resonates well with performance and independent agencies looking to grow their share of customers' budgets through better results and execution. They partner with Kayzen on either a self or managed service basis and you’ll be responsible for selling licences to our technology platform. 

Since our key product and customer success team members are located globally, we are open to a remote setup of this position. You will however need to be flexible to travel both into the London office and, as appropriate, to visit customers and attend events in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the GM Revenue to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for expanding our agency business in the US.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key leaders in the agency, programmatic, and mobile advertising markets in the US.
  • Acquire new customers by leveraging your existing network and systematically growing your network in alignment with our GTM strategy and target buyer profile.
  • Actively engage with customers, partners, and other market participants to identify and propose new revenue growth opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and proactively suggest product expansion ideas to the product teams to enhance customer value.
  • Continuously identify potential sales and marketing bottlenecks and implement relevant improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven business leadership in digital advertising sales either vendor or agency-side. This is a quota carrying role. 
  • Previous experience in driving business and revenue growth with US clients is a big bonus. 
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a structured problem-solving approach and a focus on KPIs.
  • Strong communication and people-oriented, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent work ethic, results-driven, persuasive, and highly proactive.
  • Good business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Flexible to travel both domestically and internationally, specifically London and New York
