The Role
You will play an integral role in executing the company's growth and organizational development. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will collaborate with both the Demand and Supply teams to drive the design and implementation of Sales initiatives and processes to help the company achieve scale. What You'll Do

  • Overall objective is to manage the Demand (Advertiser) and Supply (Publisher) Sales Process Workflow

  • Oversee the utilization and accuracy of our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Help manage the EU sales pipeline
  • Share executive level reporting on sales performance, activity and forecasts
  • Identify Sales Ops gaps for continuous process improvement and optimization
  • Facilitate cross-team training to ensure smooth collaboration between US and EU teams and for sales enablement
  • Collaborate with team members on documentation for SOPs and best practices for EU sales playbooks
  • Analyze sales data to track performance toward gals and targets; provide insights to leadership to help with sales planning and strategy
  • Assess, implement, and optimise sales technology stack to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as project manager of various initiatives, including new product launches, software implementations, and other ad hoc projects
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment between New and Existing Demand/Supply teams - plus wider related functions
  • Work closely with IT teams to integrate and automate systems for seamless data flow across different departments


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or similar roles in the B2B SaaS space
  • In-depth understanding of Marketing, Sales and Revenue processes
  • A proven track record in optimising sales processes within the B2B SaaS landscape
  • Experience in managing and optimising CRM (Salesforce.com) and sales technology tools (e.g. Outreach, Gong, Clari)
  • Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive "can-do" approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
