As a Sales Supervisor South Greece, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will play a key role in coaching and mentoring sales representatives, analyzing sales data, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
» Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
» Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
» Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
» Coach, mentor, and provide training to sales representatives
