What you will do
- Support and execute security operations across Ericsson's footprint in Mexico.
- Conduct and support internal security investigations and incident management activities.
- Assess security risks and recommend mitigation measures to protect employees, contractors, assets, and operations.
- Support contractor and field operation risk assessments, particularly in higher-risk operating environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide security guidance and practical risk-based solutions.
- Support crisis management, business continuity, and security response activities as needed.
- Oversee physical security controls, facility security requirements, and access management processes.
- Contribute to security reporting, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support executive protection and travel security activities when required.
The skills you bring
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Security, Security Operations, Risk Management, Investigations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing security incidents and conducting investigations.
- Strong knowledge of physical security, personnel security, and operational security practices.
- Experience assessing and mitigating security risks in dynamic business environments.
- Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
- Background in executive protection, executive escort, travel security, or facility security.
- Familiarity with security technologies and AI-enabled risk assessment tools.
- Professional security certifications (CPP, PSP, PCI, CISSP, or similar)
