In this role you will:

  • Be accountable for overall satisfaction of publisher clients; creating and maintaining strong and effective relationships with decision makers, influencers

  • Build stakeholder mapping of strategic clients internal teams and persons of influence to consider and adopt Magnite’s suite of products and services. Build relationships with these key stakeholders and bring in appropriate Magnite persons to further enable tighter influence

  • Identify, track, and be expected to exceed publisher’s key performance indicators (examples of KPIs include revenue, sales channel considerations, new formats

  • Build out detailed strategic account plans and establish Joint Business Plans (JBP) with mutual buy-in with clients to advance our relationships and magnite product and service adoptions

  • Actively track sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Demonstrate a mastery of all Magnite tools, features, and service offerings; interpret client needs and match to most appropriate offerings

  • Oversee and identify strategic opportunities to grow and support client accounts through in depth analysis, reporting and recommendations

  • Partner with Business Development leads in servicing key strategic accounts in the Asia region

  • Coordinate with internal teams to direct and manage all client needs, including revenue lift, brand safety, and strategic policy recommendations

  • Contribute / lead quarterly business reviews with key and strategic accounts

  • Provide ongoing forecasts of expected revenue opportunities across the account portfolio. 

  • Ensure on-time execution of technical integrations and deliver service excellence during implementation

  • Help publisher’s drive more revenue using intellectual understanding of Ad Tech mechanism, the market ecosystem from high level to each player, and each market’s sales culture.

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • 4 to 6 years of adtech / publisher / advertising sales / consulting / ad agency experience

  • Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Analytics Platform/Data Evaluation experience

  • Solid experience within the online advertising space

  • Programmatic advertising experience

  • Knowledge of RTB, PMP, Header Bidding/Wrapper, SDK and various ad formats/and platforms

  • Experience with web applications, web forms and web server - ideally HTML or JavaScript

  • High level of integrity, excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills

  • A proven track record delivering on and exceeding revenue goals from multiple accounts

  • Strong active listening, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products, services, and deal structures

  • Exhibit a sense of intellectual curiosity that leads to actionable insights that benefit your accounts.

  • Have the ability to balance competing dynamics in a fast-paced and complex environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
