WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Senior AI Developer, you will be involved in the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of technology-based business solutions based on Agentic AI workflows to improve our clients’ delivery approach. You will act as a technical pillar for the team, guiding developers, enforcing best practices, and continuously exploring new AI tools to meet both functional and technical requirements while maintaining an end-to-end architecture overview.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Agentic AI solutions
Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures, workflows, and microservices
Guide development teams through code reviews and enforce software & AI best practices
Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies
Design and oversee system architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
Mentor and support team members on Generative AI standards and design principles
Collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to implement MLOps pipelines and ensure responsible, high-quality AI systems
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience in technical leadership, architecture reviews, and team guidance
Strong interest in AI innovation, with a research-driven mindset
Hands-on experience with agent-based systems, including A2A and Agentic UI interactions
Solid understanding of AI safety, authorization, and Responsible AI principles
Experience with model evaluation, observability, and performance monitoring
Strong communication skills in English (technical and non-technical stakeholders)
Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering impactful AI solutions
Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
