This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Analyst, FP&A joining our finance team.
We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and engaged analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will partner with all aspects of the business an own areas such as the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses. You will assist the FP&A team on month end close and contribute to building the annual plan. You should have the ability to lead cross-functional projects, communicate effectively and efficiently, and be excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you bring
- Relevant work experience - private equity, consulting, high-growth start-up, or public tech company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter mentality and the ability to thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment
- A proven ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization
- Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Writes and speaks fluent English
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate FP&A Team with building and owning the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes for operating expenses, including management reporting, variance analysis, forecasts, and scenario planning
- Provide management with reporting and insights into company expenses on a timely basis
- Support the Corporate FP&A Team with the managing, scoping, evaluation, and implementation of a planning tool
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to provide support and guidance on financial reporting and month end close process
- Continuously improve existing processes and deliverables

We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $40,500 USD to $87,000 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
