Company Description

We are looking for a senior ATL marketing manager who will be able to bring their extensive knowledge and experience to the team, and use it to help us evolve our media strategy for our retail brand, Autohero, which is a central part of our growth strategy for 2025 and beyond. This new product is still an early stage of growth, so the successful applicant will have the opportunity to shape our ATL strategy and scale that approach across multiple markets. We're looking for someone who is highly analytical, logical, with a proven track record of using mass marketing channels like OOH, Radio and YouTube to drive sales.
The successful candidate will have a role not only in campaign planning and evalutation, but also improving our measurement and attribution strategy, deploying the latest methods to measure the true impact of our media investment, and drive the best efficiency possible. This role will give you a high level of autonomy to explore new methods and approaches to reach your growth targets, using any mix of new and existing ATL channels. Job Description

  • Plan and set up performance-driven campaigns for our consumer retail brand, Autohero, across offline channels such as OOH, Radio and other brand marketing channels such as YouTube.
  • Contribute to developing and rolling out new methods of measurement and attribution for offline and online measurement
  • Perform data-driven analysis to uncover improvement and growth potentials by connecting campaign KPIs with core business data using our industry-leading tools.
  • Manage budget allocation towards different brand marketing channels proactively to compose an efficient channel mix that acquires high quality customers efficiently.
  • Develop data-based business cases for brand growth opportunities and establish strong relationships with media partners in the industry.
  • Collaborate with our creation and production department to support the creative development process based on data-driven insights
  • Drive growth by identifying, testing and scaling additional offline and online channels

Qualifications

  • 7+ Years experience in managing and expanding online or offline marketing, ideally with both agency and client side experience, with a proven track record in delivering results
  • Experience planning, booking and evaluating mass ATL channels such as OOH, Print and Radio, in addition to YouTube and other online video formats
  • Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for tackling analytical challenges by delving into large datasets
  • Attention to detail and a structured mindset, enabling you to manage multiple aspects of campaigns and projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (our business language is primarily English) with a clear track record of working with and influencing senior stakeholders, executives
  • High motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment and continuously challenge the status quo in the field of performance marketing.
  • An existing network of contacts within the media industry is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English is a necessity, one other European language is a plus
