What you’ll do
As a Software Engineer, you will:
- Deliver high-quality code – Develop robust, scalable solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies.
- Lead and mentor – Support junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and promote best practices.
- Drive innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends, explore new technologies, and contribute to technical strategy.
- Architect and build – Design and implement modern application architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Ensure performance & security – Optimise applications for speed, efficiency, and security best practices.
- Collaborate across teams – Work closely with designers, strategists, and client teams to bring digital products to life.
What we’re looking for
