Support an underwriting workbench implementation by gathering and documenting requirements, mapping and improving business processes, facilitating stakeholder workshops, producing user stories and BA deliverables, and maintaining traceability and project documentation. The role requires independent engagement with underwriting stakeholders and collaboration within a wider project team.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the same underwriting workbench implementation from a business and process perspective, ensuring that requirements accurately reflect operational underwriting needs and standard business practice.
Key Focus Areas:
- Requirements gathering and elicitation across underwriting stakeholders
- Business process mapping and process improvement
- Production of standard Business Analysis deliverables and documentation
Key Deliverables:
- Business requirements documents and process maps
- Workshop facilitation outputs and stakeholder sign-off records
- User stories and standard supporting BA artefacts
- Ongoing input into requirements traceability and project documentation
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on insurance or underwriting-related change programmes, ideally within Lloyd's / London Market.
- Strong generalist BA skillset: stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation, process mapping, and translation of business needs into clear documentation.
- Confident engaging directly with business stakeholders and able to work independently within a wider project team.
