Job Description
How do we power businesses to do more with Wise? How can we help our business customers find what they need, and efficiently manage their money? And to focus on running their business, not on running their finances?
These are just a few of the challenges you’ll get to work on as a Senior Content Designer in our Business Account Experience team.
You’ll contribute by:

Collaborating with product designers, analysts, product managers and engineers to identify impactful ways to improve the business account for customers

Discovering, designing and delivering high-quality experiences that meet customer needs
-
Leading on a programme of work to drive awareness of key account features — like accounting software integrations — and to improve the experience of using them

Influencing your team, increasing customer-centeredness, and improving content quality

Getting to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs
This role will give you the opportunity to:

Own content projects from end-to-end

Shape the experience of using the Wise business account

Deliver impact and ship work you’re proud of

Elevate content quality — defining what good looks like in your team and squad, then helping deliver it

Be part of a positive change in the world — we’re fixing a broken, greedy system, and putting people and businesses in control of their money
About you:

You’re a Senior Content Designer with experience of shipping high-quality, impactful consumer products

You have an eye for quality, and you’ve got a portfolio that shows a range of content design experience — from information architecture, to delightful UX copy
-
You’re influential, take initiative, and are able to work with others in a culture that values autonomy and empowerment
-
You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity — and can successfully collaborate in this environment

You’re a trusted partner, building effective relationships with your peers across the business

You’re highly empathetic, both to customers and the people you work with
Heads up, this probably isn’t for you if:

Your experience is mostly in marketing content, advertising, copywriting, journalism or social media – and you have no hands-on experience of content design or working in UX
-
You’re not comfortable navigating complexity and working in a fast-paced environment
