Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to lead our data strategy within the Marketing team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle, from designing robust data models to delivering insights that optimize our acquisition spend and customer journey. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure our growth initiatives are scalable, measurable, and backed by high-integrity data.

Your Responsibilities

  • Data Leadership: Lead the marketing function with data-driven solutions, owning the roadmap for campaign reporting and performance marketing analytics.

  • Modelling & Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain scalable marketing data models in dbt. You will ensure our Data Warehouse remains the "source of truth" for marketing ROI and CAC.

  • Semantic Layer Development: Build and maintain a robust semantic layer on top of marketing data to ensure consistent definitions of key metrics (e.g., Lead-to-Won, LTV) across the business to feed AI workflows and AI semantic views in Snowflake Cortex.

  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with Growth and Brand leads to translate complex raw data from various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Hubspot) into well-designed data models and reports.

  • Self-Service Growth: Promote a data-driven culture by developing Tableau dashboards and training marketing stakeholders to interpret campaign performance independently.

  • Optimization: Analyze the full marketing funnel to improve conversion rates and identify high-value acquisition channels.

  • Data Quality: Maintain high standards for data quality, working with Data Engineers to ensure data consistency and reliability

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a Data-related role (ideally within Growth or Performance Marketing).

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau (or equivalent BI tool).

  • Proven experience with dbt and Data Modelling in a cloud environment (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).

  • Deep understanding of ETL/ELT processes.

  • Proficiency in using Git for version control.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business conclusions.

  • A self-starter attitude, comfortable adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with Marketing Attribution models (First-touch, Multi-touch, MMM).

  • Experience working with Data Scientists to build datasets for churn prediction or LTV forecasting.

  • Familiarity with Marketing Technology stacks (Segment, AppsFlyer, Braze, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and exposure to Machine Learning.

The Perks

  • Physical and mental health support through our partnership with GymPass giving free access to over 1,500 gyms in the UK, 1-1 therapy, meditation sessions, digital fitness, and nutrition apps

  • Our company offers extended and improved maternity and paternity leave choices, giving employees more flexibility and support

  • Cycle-to-Work Scheme

  • Health and Life Insurance

  • Pension Scheme

  • 25 days of Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays)

  • Office snacks every day

  • Friendly, comfortable, and informal office environment in Central London

Teya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work. We believe that a diverse team leads to better ideas, stronger outcomes, and a more supportive workplace for all.

If you require any reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process whether for interviews, assessments, or other parts of the application—we encourage you to let us know. We are committed to ensuring that every candidate has a fair and accessible experience with us.
