Primary Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end analytics for business problems: data extraction, analysis, visualization, and insights
- Design and deliver executive-ready dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and KPIs
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making
- Mentor junior analysts and review analytical outputs for quality
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reports

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- 6+ years of relevant analytics experience
Key Skills:
- Experience working with large, structured datasets
- Advanced Tableau and Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)
- Solid SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions)
- Business storytelling and insight communication
- Statistics and exploratory data analysis
- Stakeholder management and problem framing
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience working in enterprise or data-rich environments
