About the Role
Join a collaborative, cross-functional team shaping the future of legal technology. You’ll apply your legal expertise to support the development of AI-driven solutions by creating and evaluating high-quality training data. As a senior team member, you’ll also mentor colleagues and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis to support AI development
Provide clear, actionable feedback to technical and product teams
Create and maintain training data and evaluation sets
Promote responsible and ethical AI practices
Support team leads and contribute to stakeholder presentations
Requirements:
Qualified legal professional with 3+ years PQE
Transactional experience (commercial drafting and negotiation)
Strong legal research and writing skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to work in diverse teams
Interest in AI and machine learning (technical experience not required)
Familiarity with agile or lean methodologies
Comfortable using tools like Excel and PowerPoint
