We help companies get compensation right.

What we get paid at work has a massive impact on our lives, and it’s one of the biggest factors in hiring and retaining talent - and yet so many companies struggle to get it right. They simply have no choice but to rely on poor data and unsophisticated tools for their pay decisions. That’s why we created Ravio.

We help many of the world’s most innovative and ambitious companies build stronger teams and reach their goals through better compensation. Our real-time data platform brings compensation into the modern age with clarity and transparency.

We’re passionate about ensuring everyone is paid what they deserve, no matter their background or circumstances. We believe that when compensation is done right, everyone wins.

Ravio is growing fast, which means you can too. Joining a startup in the early days and scaling it into a global product is one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences a career can offer. If that sounds exciting to you, you’re in the right place.

The Role

As a Senior Data Product Manager at Ravio, you’ll shape and deliver our data product strategy, turning complex data into actionable insights and scalable capabilities. You’ll own key data-driven areas of the product, working closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, Insights, and Product Design to build reliable, customer-focused solutions.

This hands-on, individual contributor role sits at the intersection of product and data, partnering across the business - including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure our data capabilities drive measurable outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong product thinking with data fluency, can navigate ambiguity, translate complex data challenges into opportunities, and deliver impactful results.

You’ll be expected to:
  • Build impactful end-to-end data products: Starting from raw data, orchestrate how we transform and manage data to create value for customers and the business.

  • Partner with data and engineering teams: Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product Engineering to design scalable, reliable data systems.

  • Improve data practices: Establish best practices for experimentation, measurement, and data-informed decision-making across the product organisation.

  • Thrive in ambiguity: Make informed product decisions, validate assumptions, and learn quickly from experimentation.

  • Unlock business value: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and others to identify ways that the Ravio product and roadmap can deliver their business outcomes.

As an early team member and our first Senior Data Product Manager, you will impact our business in tangible ways, and have a seat at the table as we build a best-in-class product from the ground up. We trust you to own your product, make a tangible influence on our overall direction, and contribute in forming a great culture within the tech team and wider company.

Why Join Ravio?
