Mō te tūranga | About the Role
Step into a role where your technical expertise shapes real outcomes. You’ll turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that power bank‑wide strategy. From building sophisticated calculators and models to optimising existing processes, you’ll be hands‑on with the tools and code that drive decision‑making across the WNZL portfolio.
You’ll work deeply across data domains, interpreting patterns, solving tough business problems, and designing scalable, reusable data assets that lift the bank’s capability. Alongside your technical contribution, you’ll also support and mentor other data professionals, helping them deliver high‑quality, well‑engineered solutions.
If you love using data to solve meaningful challenges and want to influence how the bank thinks, builds and innovates, this is where you’ll make your mark.
