In this role, you will work within the Management Services area, an integral part of IMS Common Components, contributing to high-impact features and next-generation capabilities across our portfolio.

What you will do:
  • Engage in hands-on development, test automation, and system testing activities
  • Work with cutting-edge technologies, including cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices
  • Apply DevOps practices using CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, Git, and Helm
  • Participate in cyber-security related activities, including vulnerability analysis
  • Container-based system debugging and performance analysis
  • Troubleshoot at multiple layers (container, network, cluster, application) and drive root-cause analysis
  • Collaborate in an innovative, supportive, and team-oriented environment
  • Own the full product lifecycle from design and implementation through observability, reliability, and performance tuning
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvements throughout the product lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot at multiple layers (container, network, cluster, application) and drive root-cause analysis

The skills you bring:
  • Experience working with Kubernetes and cloud-native environments
  • Python for applications and Python, Bash and Groovy for automation
  • CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Git, Helm
  • Test automation frameworks (Robot) and system-level testing methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse international cross-functional agile team
  • Fast learning and adaptability to new technologies and challenges
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • A passion for sharing knowledge and supporting others' growth through mentoring and collaboration

It is an advantage if you have:
  • Cybersecurity testing practices
  • Telecom domain knowledge (e.g., IMS concepts) is a plus
  • Infrastructure automation or scripting in additional languages
  • Observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch), logs-to-metrics pipelines
  • GitOps approaches (e.g., ArgoCD/Flux), Kubernetes packaging (Helm/Kustomize)
  • Linux networking fundamentals (CNI, ingress, service meshes)
