About the Role

As Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA & International, you will develop and execute digital marketing programs designed to drive pipeline and market demand across multiple global markets, with an emphasis on EMEA. This includes managing integrated digital campaigns (paid media, SEO, email, webinars, virtual events, etc.), collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Content, PMM, Creative, Web) to ensure cohesive execution and consistent brand messaging. A key part of the role involves leveraging AI tools and workflows to optimize targeting, personalization, and campaign performance, as well as supporting EMEA regions to engage the right target accounts effectively. The ideal candidate has a bias for action, a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you will do
  • Global & EMEA-Focused Campaigns
    • Plan and manage integrated digital marketing programs (paid media, organic/SEO, email, webinars, in-product messaging, and more) to generate awareness, pipeline, and market demand in EMEA and other international regions.
    • Localize and adapt global strategies for specific EMEA markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic nuances are addressed.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, PMM, Content, Creative, Web, etc.) to ensure campaigns are aligned with international business and strategic goals.
    • Drive engagement across each stage of the buyer journey to increase pipeline volume and accelerate progression in key EMEA markets and beyond.
    • Identify and prioritize the right target accounts for Sales to engage with, ensuring focused and effective outreach.
    • Own the full buyer journey for digital initiatives: conduct topic research, create landing pages and CTAs, and coordinate lead follow-up.
    • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels (paid, organic, social, etc.) and ensure alignment with Abnormal’s core positioning.
  • Technology & AI-Driven Optimization
    • Leverage modern digital marketing platforms and AI-powered tools where beneficial (e.g., for content generation, predictive analytics, or workflow automation) to enhance outreach, personalization, and conversion rates.
    • Continuously explore evolving technologies to refine targeting, messaging, and overall campaign performance, balancing innovation with practicality.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Organize and analyze digital marketing programs by campaign, channel, and region, providing clear insights into performance against KPIs.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage day-to-day relationships with performance-focused agencies (if applicable), ensuring alignment with key objectives in EMEA and globally.
    • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and other key stakeholders to ensure digital programs support broader go-to-market and revenue goals.
Must Haves
  • Digital Marketing Expertise
    • Experience planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., paid media, organic, email, webinars).
    • Familiar with SEM fundamentals (keyword research, competitive insights) but also comfortable expanding into broader digital strategies.
    • MarTech Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and 6Sense; knowledge of media/marketing attribution and campaign automation.
  • Performance & Data-Driven Approach
    • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, 6Sense (or comparable platforms).
    • Skilled at diving into data, uncovering insights, and making informed decisions to optimize campaigns and ROI.
    • SEO & SEM Synergy: Understanding of how SEO and SEM complement each other in driving high-intent traffic.
  • AI-Native Skills
    • Familiarity with or strong interest in AI-based tools and workflows for campaign creation, targeting, and personalization.
    • Excitement for testing and adopting new AI-driven technologies to stay ahead of the curve
  • Self-Starter & Collaborator
    • Highly motivated, able to pivot quickly, and thrive under tight deadlines.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong ownership over deliverables.
    • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with remote, global teams.
    • Proven track record of running or supporting campaigns across multiple regions in EMEA.
Nice to Have
  • B2B Enterprise & Cybersecurity Experience: Previous exposure to cybersecurity or email security marketing is a plus.
