We’re at a pivotal moment in our digital transformation, scaling how we use data, technology and customer insight to power recurring revenue across the estate.

Culligan has built a strong digital analytics foundation across paid media, web, CRM and conversion through PowerBI and the broader data estate. This role evolves that foundation into the operational backbone of how digital performance scales globally.

Operating as part of a Digital Centre of Excellence, you’ll work hand-in-hand with local digital leads and BU teams to influence and lift performance, and shift our digital function from descriptive reporting to prescriptive action owning what we do next, not just what happened. Sitting at the intersection of analytics, operations, and the marketing technology stack, you will ensure data doesn’t just inform decisions but directly powers how we run digital campaigns, manage leads, and grow recurring revenue across the estate. This is a specialist digital operations and performance analytics role. Your remit is focused on digital KPIs, paid media, web, CRM, and conversion performance. You will be the go-to expert for digital performance data, surfacing actionable insights and feeding high-quality data points that inform the broader marketing KPI picture.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in Digital Analytics, Marketing Operations, Digital Operations, Performance Marketing, MarTech, or a related discipline.

• Proven ability to connect digital activity to commercial outcomes, including lead generation, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, retention, and recurring revenue.

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, GA4, paid media platforms, web analytics, and digital performance reporting.

• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Active Campaign, or equivalent technologies.

• Demonstrated success building and optimising measurement frameworks, attribution models, campaign tracking, and digital performance infrastructure.

• Experience managing digitally generated lead journeys and performance measurement across the funnel from lead generation through to revenue.

• Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM, analytics, tracking, customer data, and activation platforms.

• Experience operating across multiple markets, regions, or business units, with the ability to establish consistent ways of working at scale.

• Ability to translate complex performance data into clear recommendations and action plans for senior stakeholders.

• Proven track record influencing cross-functional teams and driving accountability for performance improvements.

• Comfortable working with technical teams including data engineering, platform, and development teams to improve data quality, tracking, and reporting capabilities.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership teams.

• Highly analytical, commercially minded, and naturally curious, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Highly Valued

• Experience implementing or managing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).

• Exposure to modern data environments including Azure, data warehouses, dbt, and server-side tracking.

• Experience with attribution modelling, media measurement, marketing mix modelling, or incrementality testing.

• Experience within subscription, recurring revenue, e-commerce, or customer lifecycle-driven businesses.

• Understanding of customer segmentation, personalisation, audience activation, and lifecycle marketing.

• Exposure to AI-driven search, AEO/GEO measurement, or emerging digital measurement frameworks.

• Previous experience working within a global organisation supporting multiple countries or business units.
