USD $120,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management.
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
- Support the monthly close process by analyzing financial results and investigating variances to forecast and budget.
- Work with large datasets to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial forecasts.
What You'll Bring:
Years of Experience in Related Field: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (e.g., large data models, complex formulas, etc).
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software and ERP systems. (Adaptive a plus)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
- An interest in big data and a desire to work with large, complex datasets.
