Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Finance professional to join our Strategic Finance team, which sits at the core of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at Wise and ensures 

  • The smooth running of our monthly rolling forecast process and aims to present a clear understanding of business performance and outlook to support guidance, pricing, hiring & investment decisions.

Your role will be to ensure that we make the best commercial decisions for Wise and our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and run the periodic rolling forecast process across the FP&A team

  • Maintain accurate and up to date rolling forecast projections and financial metrics

  • Work with other teams within FP&A to provide a clear understanding of our business performance for decision making for the Finance leadership team

  • Prepare insightful month-end commentary on growth and profitability metrics

  • Assist on periodic reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board 

  • Assist in updating our 5 year forecast model and associated reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board 

  • Provide inputs for the Going Concern and Viability assessments in the Annual report

  • Expertise in building financial models and multi-year forecasts 

  • Strong communicator: articulate, clear, strategic - with the ability to influence senior stakeholders 

  • Worked in a fast moving, multinational financial services environment

  • Able to operate to defined timelines across multiple teams with a can do attitude

  • Can work autonomously, take initiative and ownership of set tasks

  • Legally authorised to work in the UK
