Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed team member to join our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) department in our London, UK Office.

Insulet International supports the rapid development of our commercial activities outside of the United States. We expect to continue our exceptional growth trajectory in 2023, with exciting initiatives such as new product launch and new ERP implementation.

Part of Finance, International FP&A team manages the budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes for 23 countries across Europe, Middle East (EMEA), Canada and Australia.

We are a team of Nine based across London & Paris. Our mission is to support our stakeholders set, achieve, and measure performance against operational and financial ambitions, bringing them a robust financial expertise combined with an active business partnering mindset.

As the Sr. FP&A Analyst, UK Benelux, you will be responsible for ensuring monthly performance and day-to-day business support for our UK Benelux (UK, Netherlands & Belgium) and other functions in our organizations, supporting, revenues, Operating Expenses and Headcount.

Responsibilities

  • Revenues Forecast and Analysis
    • UK, Netherlands & Belgium revenues forecast and Latest Estimate
    • Enhanced performance reporting and analysis
    • Pricing and Commercial conditions forecast and monitoring in collaboration with Head of Market Access
  • OpEx Forecast and Analysis
    • OpEx Forecast and analysis for UK Benelux and selected international departments
    • Workforce planning
    • PO approvals and accruals
    • Maintain selected departments expenses trackers
  • Others
    • Lead scenario planning activities, evaluating potential business outcomes to inform proactive strategy.
    • Strat Plan Revenues and Resources support
    • Investments and Business Cases
    • Backfill of other team members as needed

Required Leadership/Interpersonal Skills & Behaviors

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical & Problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to work with different IT systems
  • Knowledge of Financial planning tools (e.g. Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAC)
  • Prior use of ERP (e.g. SAP S4/HANA)
  • Fluency in English (Required)
  • Proficiency in Dutch is a plus
  • Experience with new financial systems implementation is a plus

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or another relevant field
  • Demonstrable working experience, preferably FP&A in Public company
  • Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus, but not required

Additional Information

  • The position can be hybrid or in-person at our London Office.
  • Travel is estimated at 10% but will flex depending on business needs.

NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least 1x/week; may work remotely other days). #LI-Hybrid
