We’re looking for our first in-house creative, strategic, and versatile Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and take ownership of our visual identity across channels. As Kiln continues to grow, we’re moving this role in-house to lead an increasing number of product launches, campaigns, and events. We already have a dedicated product designer working on UX/UI of our interfaces with whom you will collaborate. This role reports directly to the VP Marketing.

You’ll help bring our brand to life across social media, website, sales enablement, and event materials, working closely with marketing and product teams. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the evolution of Kiln’s brand identity and creative direction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of high-impact visuals for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and social content (X, LinkedIn)

  • Conceptualise and oversee event branding, promo materials, and booth visuals to ensure a premium brand presence

  • Own and evolve website visual design and creative storytelling (Webflow or Framer experience is a plus)

  • Develop compelling graphics for technical reports, infographics, investor materials, and internal decks

  • Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual assets and channels using Figma and Adobe Suite

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging visual narratives

  • Oversee special projects, including branded product campaigns, in coordination with external agencies and freelancers

  • Contribute to the evolution of our design processes and help shape the future of Kiln’s visual language

  • Option to grow into a lead role over time

Requirements
  • 5+ years in graphic or marketing design, ideally in a tech or startup environment

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your visual design skills and creative process

  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation tools

  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries

  • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, Web3-native environment

  • Perfectly fluent (written and spoken) in English.

Nice-to-have:

  • French speaking

  • Experience in motion design and animations will be a strong plus

  • Interest in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, Wallets, Staking
