Job Description:

As Sr. Growth Marketer at Operatus, you will help drive awareness of our brand within the revenue operations ecosystem. You will focus on refining our messaging and content to resonate with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders and ultimately driving leads and pipeline.  Revenue Operations is rising, with statistics like “Companies that deployed RevOps grew revenue 3x faster than those that didn’t. (Forrester)”. You’ll be helping build on our existing success with powerhouse clients such as Datadog, G2, LinkSquares, 7shifts, and Nextdoor. Check out our G2 Reviews. 


The Fit: 

The ideal candidate understands RevOps themes, and can help bring Operatus into any relevant conversations. They excel in developing meaningful content, and have a track record of orchestrating high-impact marketing initiatives—from thought leadership and events to webinars and case studies. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Sales and Alliances teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand & Marketing Leadership:
    • Develop and refine Operatus’ marketing strategy to position us as a trusted leader in revenue operations.
    • Identify key market segments, customer needs, and messaging strategies differentiating Operatus from competitors.
    • Establish and strengthen Operatus’ brand presence across digital and industry channels.
    • Social Media Strategy: Oversee the creation of thought leadership content (used for founder/employee brand on Linkedin) that educates the market and showcases our domain expertise.
    • Customer Segmentation and Targeting
  • Paid Campaign Creation & Management:
    • Create and manage paid search and social campaigns, optimizing against closed won sales targets (no MQL counting awards here).
    • Create strong offers, copy, and landing pages, to help increase conversion.
    • Manage a budget of $10-25k per month
    • Website, Landing Page, and overall Conversion Rate Optimization
    • Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Content & Collateral Creation:
    • Lead the development of compelling marketing materials such as case studies, one-pagers, and solution briefs highlighting client success and innovation.
    • Design digital assets used in marketing collateral or to represent our brand.
  • Event Management & Webinars:
    • Plan and execute Operatus-branded events, workshops, and conference sponsorships to drive leads and increase brand visibility.
    • Produce and host webinars featuring internal experts, partners, and clients, ensuring valuable insights and strong audience engagement.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Regularly track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing roles at a professional services or SaaS company.
  • In-depth knowledge of Revenue Operations and GTM technology ecosystems
  • Proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Demonstrated success in the listed job responsibilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical value propositions into compelling, business-oriented messaging.
  • (ideally with experience managing external partners or agencies)
