Profile Overview

As our HR Business Partner and integral part of the saas.group Central People Team, you will drive strategic people initiatives and impact employee experience by advising our brands on all HR practices. We are looking for a true business partner to independently work with several of our SaaS Brands and Brand Leaders to identify and support the team’s needs and contribute to the growth of the business and each individual within.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Be fully up to speed and understand the entire setup and business model of the organization.
  • Take responsibility for your first brands, build trust with and advise stakeholders, and start working on people-related matters autonomously.
  • Deliver first organization-wide projects or initiatives and propose and start driving more complex ones.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive strategic and scalable solutions in the HR space while owning our processes from onboarding to exit.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess and anticipate people-related topics, ensuring high performance of the teams, as well as resolving possible conflicts.
  • Advise people on their career progression, and learning & development needs. Act as a coach and a first point of contact for the employees.
  • Lead the HR programs and initiatives, such as performance, compensation and benefits, development, and employee engagement for the respective brands.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the people processes based on the current HR trends.

What You bring to the table

  • Profound experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience in guiding the business on scalable people processes, and great employee experience.
  • Great communication skills, including coaching, facilitation, and mediation. Experience in influencing various stakeholders effectively.
  • A data-driven and strategic mindset. Adaptability, can-do attitude, and drive for innovation.
  • The ability to adapt and excel when business plans change.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and resources, preferably in the tech industry.

What’s in it for You

  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning  and expertise with each other internally.
  • Flexible time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.

We don’t just simply offer you to “take a job with us” but rather to “join us on this journey” to build the world's largest platform of independent SaaS companies.

Sounds like something you’re up for? Feel free to apply even if you don’t check all these boxes. We believe in the power of diversity and fresh perspectives to spice up our team. Your application might just be the missing ingredient!
