Our Marketing team is expanding, and we’re excited to bring on a Senior Manager to take ownership of our content strategy, development, and enablement. You’ll work closely with internal subject matter experts to craft thought leadership content that positions OfferFit as a leader in AI Decisioning. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will directly contribute to the success of our marketing programs, focusing on both creating valuable content and empowering internal teams to effectively leverage it.

In particular, you will:

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Lead OfferFit’s content strategy, creating a detailed calendar of content initiatives tailored to various audience segments. Ensure alignment of content with key marketing objectives such as pipeline generation and brand awareness.
  • Content Development: Write high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content that resonates with our target audiences. Collaborate with product experts, executives and other internal stakeholders create thought leadership pieces that establish OfferFit as the AI Decisioning Leader
  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Develop and deliver content for internal teams, including key messaging, sample copy, and audience insights. Empower sales and CS teams with compelling content assets to use in their prospect and client communications.
  • Organic Social Media: Own OfferFit’s organic social media strategy, including content calendar, posting, and engagement across platforms. Work closely with internal thought leaders to ghostwrite and promote content that drives conversations in the industry.
  • Content Innovation: Experiment with new content formats to reach broader audiences and improve engagement, such as video explainers, interactive content, podcasts, and more. Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously evolve content strategies to expand our reach.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, and industry-related events

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $160,000 - $165,000 per year plus eligibility for an additional bonus of $23,000; Eligibility for an end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. For non-US based candidates, base pay and overall compensation packages will be adjusted based on location. Applicants should apply via OfferFit’s internal or external careers site.
