Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Marketing Specialist to join a thriving digital marketing and web design agency. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads and online growth for a diverse portfolio of clients across the North West of England, ensuring their digital presence is not just visible, but profitable. If you are a technical marketer who thrives on data-driven results and agency-paced environments, this is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing team.

  • Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
  • Client Success: Ensure the technical and creative aspects of each account align with the client’s brand and growth objectives.

Requirements
  • Expert Paid Ads Experience: Proven track record of success managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads at a senior level.
  • SEO Proficiency: Solid understanding of search engine optimization strategies to drive organic growth.
  • Agency Background: Significant experience working within a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Technical Skillset: Ability to build and edit landing pages; you must be technical enough to handle the "web" side of marketing.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
  • Zone Alignment: Availability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the GMT timezone.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Advanced technical web development experience.
  • Deep expertise in Shopify or bespoke e-commerce platforms.
  • A portfolio of high-performing landing pages built from scratch.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage the full client lifecycle.
