The role…

We are currently recruiting Mechanical Engineers across all experience and seniority levels, to join our growing team based in the Oxford office.
This is an opportunity to work on a range of technically challenging and varied projects, delivering innovative, sustainable and resilient building services solutions across the Defence, Security, and Public
Sectors environments, alongside our wider portfolio in Heritage, Advanced Manufacturing, Commercial, and Education.

UK and International Opportunities

Our engineers help deliver facilities that support complex operational, technical and organisational requirements across the UK and internationally.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems throughout all project stages, from feasibility and concept development through to detailed design, construction support, commissioning and handover. Depending on experience and seniority, responsibilities may include technical design, project leadership, client engagement, mentoring junior team members, and supporting business growth.

Complex Internal and External Environment Parameters

We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges and can develop practical, sustainable and resilient engineering solutions that balance operational requirements, energy performance, security considerations and whole-life value.

Our team works closely with clients, architects, project managers, contractors and specialist stakeholders, often within live operational, secure or mission-critical environments. This provides unique opportunities to develop expertise that extends beyond traditional building services design, including infrastructure resilience, estate modernisation, sustainability strategies, decarbonisation programmes and technically demanding refurbishment projects.

We recognise that great engineers develop through exposure to diverse challenges and supportive mentoring. Whether you are beginning your career or already leading project teams, you'll have opportunities to broaden your technical expertise, work across multiple sectors, pursue professional accreditation and contribute to projects throughout the full project lifecycle.

Please Note: Due to the nature of the work undertaken successful applicants will need to have active UK SC Clearance or the ability to gain UK SC clearance. Further information can be found at: National security vetting: clearance levels - GOV.UK

    • On site surveying or site management experience alongside consultancy design.
    • UK SC Level Clearance
