We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for Imprivata's Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances (EPCS) and Clinica Workflows offerings, as well as the overall success of that business area, including adoption and general growth. This role involves coordinating cross-functional activities related to product development, release, and customer success. It requires technical knowledge of enterprise software, software-as-a-service, customer IT environments, and rapidly evolving security and compliance technologies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully growing both new and existing products, as well as extensive experience in identity & access management.

This position offers a total compensation range of $162,000.00 to $175,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and deliver Imprivata's Identity Platform solutions to improve EPCS business.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors to position the product effectively.
- Identify opportunities for differentiation in new geographic areas and commercial segments.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal cross- functional teams, to gather insights from real-world usage.
- Equip sales teams with the necessary materials, training, and strategies to effectively communicate product value and drive adoption.
- Work closely with marketing to craft compelling campaigns, content, and demand-generation strategies to drive product adoption.
- Articulate customer and market requirements into product requirements with the data to justify the business case for each of them.
- Develop and execute GTM plans, ensuring a seamless product launch by aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science or related field.
- 5+ years' experience as a software product manager.
- 3+ years' experience in identity access management.
- Experience working with both on-premises and SaaS products.
- Track record of launching successful new products on the market.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience solving problems in innovative ways and turning research into new opportunities.
- Excellent social, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal with attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with EPCS, EHRs, and other healthcare or clinical software products
- Experience managing products in highly regulated areas
- Experience managing mobile products.
