We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. You will be a key Product Manager focused on advancing Rasa’s conversational AI capabilities in Voice AI. In this role, you will work on greenfield, cutting-edge technology aimed at delivering seamless, user-friendly voice experiences. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Full-time - 100% Remote - UK, Germany, or Serbia [Preferred location: Berlin, Germany]

• This is a remote position, but we cannot hire anybody outside of the UK, Germany, or Serbia for this position.

• Rasa can assist with work authorization (visa sponsorship) for candidates located in Germany only.

• You are highly curious, keen to get very deep into the product, understand how things work, and chart a path forward for your team in the face of uncertainty.

• You thrive in a startup, where you need to take ownership to drive outcomes

• You are technical, you know how to code and how to use Git. You are not afraid of diving deep and rolling up your sleeves when you come across something hard.

• You live by Rasa’s values. You are a team player, highly respectful of your peers, and confident in your work yet humble enough to take constructive feedback to improve your understanding and approach.

• You’ve shipped enterprise product before and know how to strike a balance between collecting evidence and building your own conviction to make good product decisions.

• You have experience with Voice AI / voice-related tools and platforms, giving you insight into multimodal conversational systems.

We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to support our mission. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll make an impact on your team by:

• Being an effective Senior Product Manager and who has already mastered the role:

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designer, engineers, ML engineers as well as the GTM team (CSE, Sales etc.)

  • You will talk to customers on a weekly basis, and meet with them in person regularly

  • You will help shape the vision and strategy of Voice at Rasa while managing your own roadmap

• Working on and influencing the exciting new technologies and innovations that Rasa is developing.

• Continuously learn and expand your technical understanding of the Conversational AI space in order to make the right product decisions.

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the space.

Most of the product team is based in Berlin, with one member currently located in Spain and another in India. We are a small but high-performing team that enjoys working together and having fun. While we mostly work remotely, we also love to meet in the office for brainstorming sessions.
