About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the product strategy for our SciLeads platform. Collaborating closely with engineering, design and other cross-functional teams, you will deliver high-impact features that directly address customers needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in data products and SaaS applications, who can drive product innovation, align efforts with business goals and market demands, and play a pivotal role in growing and mentoring a high-performing product team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for your assigned deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
  • Define, refine and communicate the product vision, goals, and user stories to both the development team and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Curate, analyse and interpret complex data to drive informed business decisions and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to identify market needs and fuel product enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, issues and updates from stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to create intuitive, user-friendly product interfaces.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-orientated environment.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry, with deep understanding of the life science ecosystem, drug development processes and healthcare technologies.
  • Expertise working with data products, SaaS applications and technology platforms within the life science or pharmaceutical or life science sector.
  • Proven track record of success in dynamic, fast-moving environments, with experience managing product backlogs and overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of product features.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a remote environment with a strong awareness of how your actions impact colleagues and team dynamics.
  • Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom.
