The role

As we continuously drive for growth and plan to expand our team, we are looking for a highly driven and achievement-orientated Senior Growth Product Manager to be part of our team.

As our new Senior Growth Product Manager, you will drive the design and development of key cloud and web solutions in the areas of Identity Management, User Profile Management, Monetization, and Product Line-Up. What is more, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to provide a personalized and unified customer experience across the Capture One Ecosystem in the areas of Product Deployment, User Access Management, and Settings and Workflows Sync. You will be the voice of the customers in the fast-paced, agile development process, and the voice of the development teams in the vision and product roadmap.

You will be part of Capture One’s Growth Organization and report to the Growth Product Management Lead. Your role will require close collaboration with other Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to ensure a consistent and coherent customer experience. In your day-to-day activities, you will partner with teams across the organization.


What you will do

  • Provide direction for the overall product development of Capture One, together with the rest of the PM team, across the Capture One portfolio of products
  • Capture and evaluate customer insights and pain points by exhibiting deep empathy to customers, their experiences, and their needs
  • Mature and prioritize ideas and turn them into clear concepts, user stories, and commercial opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to scope out features and ensure that product needs are managed effectively through the delivery phases with the right commercial priorities
  • Defining, maintaining, and prioritizing a dev team backlog of features, user stories, and defects
  • Drive new features throughout the design and development process
  • Work with development teams to ensure the quality of the solution
  • Present status, issues, risks, and solutions to stakeholders
  • Participate in the daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure solutions consistently meet standards and policies (security, privacy, etc.)
