About us:

We believe the next generation of financial services will be powered by stablecoins.

Founded in 2021, our mission at BVNK is to accelerate global money movement.

We’re building stablecoin-native infrastructure so businesses can move value instantly across borders and networks. With global licenses and T1 bank partnerships, we facilitate billions in transactions for enterprise clients like Worldpay, Deel, LianLian Global, and Rapyd.

Our technology is transforming how businesses operate globally by eliminating payment delays, reducing costs, and unlocking trapped capital.

We’re a diverse team spread across EMEA, North America, and APAC, with a shared belief that stablecoins are the new infrastructure layer for financial services, and that BVNK is at the forefront of this shift.

In 2025, we secured strategic investment from Visa, following our $50 million Series B with Haun Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, Scribble Ventures, DRW Venture Capital, Avenir, and Tiger Global. With the backing of these leading investors, we’re accelerating our growth – and we're looking for smart, ambitious people to help us build the future of financial services.

We're incredibly honored to have made Newsweek's list of The Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces three years running (most recently in 2025) and to have been recognised by LinkedIn as one of the Top 20 Startups in the UK in 2024.

About this role in the team:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a critical card product area within our payments ecosystem. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to define strategy, build, and scale fintech products from the ground up.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of a key card product vertical, driving it from early discovery through to scale and optimisation.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver best-in-class payments experiences. This role requires a strong blend of product execution, commercial thinking, and deep payments expertise.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Product Leadership & Lifecycle

  • Own the full product lifecycle from 0-to-1 development through to scaling and optimisation
  • Lead product discovery, define clear problem statements, and translate them into actionable roadmaps
  • Drive rapid iteration cycles using customer feedback, data insights, and market signals
  • Ensure continuous improvement of product-market fit with a focus on measurable outcomes (e.g. conversion, retention, unit economics)
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
Commercial & Strategic Execution
  • Take ownership of the commercial performance of your product area, including revenue growth and cost optimisation
  • Partner with business and go-to-market teams to define pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategies
  • Manage and optimise relationships with key external partners (e.g. Technology providers, distribution partners, customers)
  • Balance short-term commercial wins with long-term platform scalability and sustainability
Cross-functional Leadership
  • Act as the central point of alignment across product, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress clearly to internal stakeholders
  • Influence decision-making at all levels through data and structured thinking

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience building and scaling card products from MVP to full market launch
  • Strong ability to operate in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Experience in Card based products - deep cards issuing experience
  • Deep experience using data to inform product decisions and drive measurable outcomes
  • Track record of delivering impactful product improvements through iterative development
  • Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment technology and regulatory frameworks
  • Knowledge and passion in blockchain-based products (e.g. custody, rewards, payments)
  • Demonstrated ownership of product performance, ideally with P&L responsibility
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business impact
  • Experience managing external vendors and strategic partners in a fintech or payments environment
  • Extreme ownership: You take accountability for outcomes, not just outputs
  • Execution-focused: You move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and learn fast
  • Structured thinker: You bring clarity to complex problems and align teams effectively
  • Collaborative leader: You influence without authority and build strong cross-functional relationships
Nice to have:
  • Background in high-growth fintech or startup environments
  • Exposure to international payments and multi-currency products

What you can expect from us:

  • Fair and competitive salary at every stage of your growth
  • Flexible working hours, with hybrid working at its heart
  • A culture built on passionate, growth-minded people
  • A flexible approach to holiday
  • Opportunities to travel to our offices around the world
  • An open and creative environment where you can help us define the future of BVNK, its culture, and its opportunity sets

At BVNK, we are focused on building a diverse and inclusive team. While you may not meet all of our requirements, we’d encourage you to apply if you meet the majority of our expectations. You may be a great fit for this role or another role in our team.
