This is a hybrid role - requiring 3 days a week in office.
The Role
Board is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Product Marketer to help shape how we position, differentiate, and take Board to market.
We are looking for a resourceful and experienced Product Marketer to grow the business and ensure that a cohesive marketing strategy helps us meet or exceed revenue objectives.
Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will play a key role in connecting our product innovation with the needs of our customers and the market. You’ll turn complex capabilities into clear, compelling stories, develop differentiated positioning and messaging, and partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Customer Success, and Partners to bring our value proposition to life.
This is a highly cross-functional and visible role for a product marketer who combines market and customer insight with strong storytelling and GTM execution—and who is equally comfortable developing strategy, creating content, enabling Sales, and engaging with customers and executives.
Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Positioning
  • Develop a deep understanding of Board’s buyers, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and enterprise buying journey to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Develop and evolve differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly articulate Board’s value and business outcomes.
  • Translate product innovation, including AI capabilities, into relevant and compelling narratives for business and executive audiences.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for key Board innovations, launches, and strategic initiatives, from market insight and positioning through activation and measurement.
  • Partner with Product, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Sales, Solutions, and Enablement to deliver integrated campaigns, ABM programs, and sales plays.
  • Drive consistent messaging and storytelling across the customer journey and global go-to-market organization.
Content & Thought Leadership
  • Create high-impact content and narratives for campaigns, launches, executive presentations, events, digital channels, and sales engagements.
  • Act as a Board evangelist, helping communicate our point of view on the market, customer challenges, planning, and enterprise AI.
  • Use AI effectively to accelerate research, content development, analysis, and workflows while continually improving the quality and impact of product marketing.
Sales & Partner Enablement
  • Equip Sales and Partners with compelling messaging, presentations, competitive insights, value frameworks, and other tools that help them engage buyers and win.
  • Partner with Enablement to drive adoption and consistent use of product marketing messaging and assets.
  • Be client-ready and comfortable presenting Board’s value proposition to customers, prospects, partners, and executive audiences.
Customer & Market Insights
  • Bring the voice of the customer into product marketing through customer interviews, win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, and field insights.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing to develop compelling customer stories, case studies, and proof points that demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations that inform product strategy, roadmap priorities, messaging, and GTM execution.
Performance & Optimization
  • Measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives using relevant business, marketing, and sales indicators.
  • Use data and field feedback to continually optimize positioning, messaging, content, enablement, and GTM programs.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex technology products.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and experience partnering with Sales to support complex, competitive sales cycles.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear customer and business value.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality external content and internal sales and marketing assets.
  • Strong market and customer orientation, with experience using customer research, competitive intelligence, win/loss insights, and data to inform decisions.
  • Practical experience using AI tools and workflows to improve research, content development, analysis, productivity, and quality of work.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Customer Success, and Partners.
  • Highly proactive and comfortable taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, and operating in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Comfortable working on high-visibility initiatives and presenting to senior internal and external audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience marketing enterprise planning, analytics, financial, operational, or data-driven software.
  • Experience bringing AI-enabled enterprise software capabilities to market.
  • Experience with competitive positioning, sales enablement, ABM, and enterprise GTM programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect product marketing activity to measurable commercial outcomes.
