Description

About Us

At Zyte, we eat data for breakfast and you can eat your breakfast anywhere and work for Zyte. Founded in 2010, we are a globally distributed team of over 240 Zytans working from over 28 countries who are on a mission to make data from the web as easy to access as from a database - powering everything from AI models to airlines.

For over a decade, Zyte has led the way in building powerful, easy-to-use tools to collect and deliver web data fast, dependably, and at scale. Today, the data we extract helps thousands of organizations make smarter business decisions, secure competitive advantage, and drive sustainable growth. We do this by building innovative leading-edge products that can solve the most complex web data challenges. Over 3,000 companies and 1 million developers rely on our tools and services to get the data they need from the web.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager you will give our software and data products their voice in the world - owning the narratives and the storytelling to speak to our ‘buyer’ personas - the CTOs and commercial leaders who lead teams for the capture and use of web data.

To do this you’ll ask a lot of questions and conduct first-person research - to grasp the goals and language of our customers, the shapes of options they have in the market landscape and the unique strengths of our technologies.

You will collaborate closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales and Technology teams to shape positioning and messaging. You’ll teach others how to tell these stories. You’ll lead product and feature launches, and measure and tune to success.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Customer Segmentation:

  • Conduct broad and ongoing research to identify and articulate industry trends, customer needs, and to locate Zyte solutions within the competitive landscape.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our current customer profile and what it should be across our portfolio
  • Translate messaging, product features, launches and all content and collateral to resonate with these audiences. Hypothesize, test, learn, and improve should be your playbook here
  • Analyze feedback and data to inform product positioning and messaging.

Product Positioning and Messaging:

  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that showcases the unique benefits of our products.
  • Create persuasive marketing materials, including sales enablement tools, website content, and promotional assets.

Content and Collateral

  • Shape and evolve content and collateral for Sales and Marketing that compel prospects to choose Zyte.
  • This includes taking ownership of Sales collateral like decks and one-pagers, marketing content like case-studies, client success stories and short product-led growth videos showcasing how our features relate to the jobs-to-be-done of our ICP & key personas.
  • You won’t be the only person responsible for this, nor will you be a deck-builder for our Sales team, but you should understand the bigger picture, what’s needed, and be able to drive the teams forward to delivering high-impact tools

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product management to align on product features, roadmaps, and updates.
  • Partner with sales, marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product values.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
  • Coordinate with marketing channels to ensure cohesive messaging across online and offline platforms.
  • Own the feature and product launch process

Performance Measurement:

  • Review sales call recordings to ensure message is being delivered - work with sales leadership on coaching and training
  • Track and analyze product marketing performance metrics to measure success.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights and customer feedback to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Acumen for the language of technology
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High aesthetic standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits

By joining the Zyte team, you will:

  • Become part of a self-motivated, progressive, multi-cultural team.
  • Have the freedom & flexibility to work remotely.
  • Get the chance to work with cutting-edge open source technologies and tools.
