Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience
Location Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire
Hybrid working 3days/week onsite (please note, no public transport available)

Renishaw is embarking on a major global rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our subsidiary network, covering both Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end D365 implementations, guiding the transition from legacy systems to a modern, scalable CRM/ERP platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that enhance efficiency across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle for D365 deployment projects, ensuring successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Take overall accountability for project scope, timelines, budget, quality, risks, and resources.

  • Provide clear leadership and direction to cross‑functional teams.

  • Conduct regular project reviews to monitor progress, forecast performance, and manage deviations.

  • Oversee change control and escalate risks appropriately.

  • Act as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communicate effectively with global, multi‑disciplinary teams.

  • Guide and review project proposals.

  • Conduct post‑implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure adherence to project management frameworks and processes.

  • Support the development of PMO practices, mentoring and coaching junior team members.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end D365 or equivalent ERP implementations.

  • Experience with phased rollout planning and managing cross‑functional dependencies.

  • Project Management qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • Proactive approach with excellent time‑management capabilities.

  • Able to collaborate effectively with both local and global teams.

  • Ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and resolve conflicts.

Desirable

  • Strong understanding of D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) and their integration points.

  • Knowledge of localisation requirements, including statutory, tax, and compliance considerations.

  • Experience in data migration, change management, and user‑training activities.

  • Advanced risk‑management capabilities, particularly for global programmes.

  • Familiarity with governance frameworks for large‑scale ERP deployments.
