Job Description

  • Monitor contractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
  • Conduct quality checks and site inspections for MEP works.
  • Manage and track contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports (daily logs, weekly updates, monthly progress).
  • Maintain and update the risk register and issue logs.
  • Coordinate closely with hotel operations to minimize disruption.
  • Facilitate contractor meetings and document minutes.
  • Support the Project Lead in stakeholder communication and decision-making. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in site-based project management, 2 years in data center.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
  • Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
  • Good command in English.
