The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO (Proxy Product Owner) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong background in working within agile teams. Prior experience in project management is preferred.
Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between development teams and location/site stakeholders to address development or bug requests.
  • Gather and document detailed requirements for all requests and prepare them for review by senior leads and stakeholders.
  • Organize and prioritize requests, inserting them into the development backlog for efficient processing.
  • Have a solid understanding of the development roadmap and backlog prioritization, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery/development teams.
  • Oversee the development backlog, ensuring tasks are progressing smoothly, and proactively address any impediments and risks.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and successful completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with requesters to conduct thorough testing of completed developments.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between various project stakeholders.
  • Raises ideas and initiatives for improvement
  • Drives improvements in coordination with the stakeholders to ensure the overall process remains as efficient as possible


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in an agile team environment, preferably with Scrum and/or SAFe 6.0
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a delivery management/project management role is preferred.
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills (C1)
  • German language is preferred (B2)

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 3850 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
