What you’ll do
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead a varied portfolio of business change and transformation projects, taking ownership from initial concept through to successful delivery and adoption.
Working closely with Partners, senior leaders, legal teams, business services colleagues and technology specialists, you'll build strong relationships, understand business challenges and develop practical solutions that support the firm's strategic goals.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
- Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into successful project outcomes.
- Drive engagement and collaboration across the firm, bringing together diverse teams to deliver meaningful change.
- Apply appropriate delivery methodologies, whether Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
- Ensure effective governance, reporting and financial management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Champion change adoption through clear communication, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation activities.
- Use insight and data to identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working and user experiences.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery standards, tools and methodologies across the Change & Innovation function.

What we’re looking for
We're looking for a highly experienced project professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys delivering change that makes a real difference.
You'll bring:
- A proven track record of delivering complex business change, technology or transformation projects within medium to large organisations.
- Experience working in professional services or other regulated environments.
- Strong project management expertise, including planning, governance, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- The ability to work confidently across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience driving successful change adoption through communications, training and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a practical and solution-focused approach.
- Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP or Agile certifications.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
Most importantly, you'll be collaborative, commercially aware and passionate about helping people embrace change while delivering exceptional outcomes for the business and our clients.
