Purpose Statement

We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Project Manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Finance & Operations, to manage and deliver successful projects. You will be responsible for maintaining delivery across a variety of client projects, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, timelines, and budget. You will manage key performance indicators, mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and build strong, lasting client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a high-achieving, collaborative team dedicated to growing our business and exceeding client expectations.

Position Overview

This position reports directly to the Head of Client Delivery and does not include direct line management responsibilities. This person will be required to be based in the UK. Normal working hours apply to this role (9am-5:30pm UK time) however there may be times where you need to work outside of our usual working hours.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Deliver all projects on time, within scope and budget, meeting the required quality standards.
  • Define and manage project scope, deliverables, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Plan resources and delegate tasks based on strengths, skill sets, and availability.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using established change control processes.
  • Track and assess project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals across multiple projects.
  • Ensure financial accountability and adjust project plans based on financial analysis.
  • Regularly meet with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, escalations, and ongoing communication.
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance standards and project delivery frameworks.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues, including recovery planning where needed.
  • Take on additional, reasonable duties as required by leadership.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in managing full Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with a focus on Finance & Operations.
  • Proven delivery experience across the full project lifecycle, ideally in multi-geography engagements.
  •  Experience implementing complex legal tech solutions, with an understanding of law firm operations, legal practice management systems, or related legal tech solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Managed Services processes and client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and adapting to changing project needs.
  • Creative problem-solver who can deliver innovative solutions in an ever-changing landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse range of customers with complex environments and needs.
