We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Software Engineer with experience in AI/ML development and multitenant architectures to help build and evolve our next-generation platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex multitenant AI/ML applications using Python, implementing tenant isolation via schema-per-tenant, RLS, or dedicated stores;
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems;
  • Lead efforts to design robust monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for AI/ML systems to ensure reliability and quick incident response;
  • Participate in architectural discussions to evolve the AI/ML platform, improve multitenancy patterns, and incorporate emerging technologies (i.e. GenAI) for enhanced product capabilities;
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services supporting AI workflows and product features;
  • Ensure code quality through comprehensive unit, regression, e2e and mutation testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. Mentor junior developers on Python development and AI/ML implementation;
  • Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and security in AI/ML solutions;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of strong Python programming experience, especially applied to AI/ML software development;
  • Proficient with Python AI/ML frameworks such as Keras, HuggingFace Transformers, LangGraph or similar, and libraries like NumPy, pandas, Pydantic and Scikit-learn;
  • Experience in building scalable multitenant AI/ML products incorporating cutting edge technology into production environments;
  • Proven experience with multitenancy patterns, tenant-aware middleware, routing: Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud (Azure/AWS), and data isolation;
  • Strong skills in secure API design, async/event-driven systems, like FastAPI;
  • Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus;
  • Basic understanding of algorithms, machine learning concepts, and model optimization techniques;
  • Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
  • Experience in the Fintech or Banking industry is advantageous;
  • Willingness to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
